US Patriot Hassle Free Return Policy
There is no restocking fee for an item that is returned due to an error on our part (e.g. you received the wrong color item) or for the return of a defective item.
Due to fees we are charged by our suppliers, all other returns will incur restocking and shipping fees. See below for complete details.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
If you are in receipt of an item that is defective, the item must be returned to us within 15 days of the buyer’s receiving the merchandise. Once the item has been received and deemed defective, a new item will be shipped to you. You will not be charged a reshipment fee.
WARRANTY:US Patriot will guarantee all items purchased for a period of 30 days from time of receipt. However, many manufacturers offer different warranties on their individual products. After the initial 30 days you can contact US Patriot Customer Service for manufacturer contact information at 800-805-5294 or ADMIN@uspatriotstore.com.
Please read the following instructions carefully to ensure prompt service!
- All returns for exchanges and/or refunds must occur within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. After 15 days this policy becomes null and void.
- Returns/Exchanges will be processed immediately depending on current availability of the item(s).
- The BUYER is responsible for return shipping charges.
- We will recharge the shipping fees for all packages returned to us due to an undeliverable address.
- All returns, other than defective items, are subject to a 20% restock fee.
- A UPS return label will be provided in cases were we have made a mistake by providing an item other than that requested by the buyer.
All sales are final on Specials and Closeout merchandise. These items are not eligible for return and/or exchange.All packages should be opened immediately upon receipt. Each item should be tried on and inspected, before removing tags or disposing of packaging materials. We will inspect each and every product that has been returned. We reserve the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges of any and all returned items if one or more of the following has occurred:
- Obvious wear and tear such as scratches or dents on any merchandise; kinks in watch bands; tears and holes in garments; scratches on sunglass and/or goggle lenses.
- Any and all size adjustments such as links removed from watch bands; garments that been laundered, tailored and/or altered, etc
- Dirt, sand, sun and/or water damage, antiperspirant satins, makeup, etc
- Obvious odors such as cigarette smoke, perfume or colognes, etc
- Protective Packaging or original packaging that has been defaced in any manner or is absent upon return.
- Related tags, warranty paperwork, inserts, attached coupons and/or instruction pamphlets are absent.
- Due to health Code violations, boxer briefs and socks are not eligible for return.
- Certain products containing liquid material such as pepper spray, gun lubricants and cleaning products are not eligible for return.
- Boots/Shoes which are scratched or marred in any way. Boots should be tried on and tested for fit INSIDE. Once they have been worn outside they are yours, no exceptions.
EXCHANGES: The credit card on file will be charged
$5.95 for the return handling and shipping (If three or more items are being exchanged, an additional $3.00 will be charged). If you would prefer not to have the charges applied to your credit card you may include a money order or cash with your return package.
REFUNDS: A refund will be remitted to you, via your credit card account, for the merchandise amount
minus the original shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee. A refund confirmation email will be sent to you.
Free promotional merchandise associated with your purchase must be included with your return or we reserve the right to charge your credit card account for the full retail cost of the promotional item. All promotional items must be returned in the original, brand new condition as stated above.
PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING WITH ALL RETURNED ITEMS
- The merchandise in it’s original, brand new condition with all related paperwork and packaging
- A copy of your order invoice
- A short but precise note listing the reason(s) for the return and/or exchange
